The plethora of reviews on customer service about the older women that work there should say enough. Employee evaluating and clearing of bad team members need to happen.Terrible customer service by the two older women. Cathy in particularly was extremely rude, pointing fingers and screaming in the store for me to get out when I was asking questions. Got her name and will report her to post master as well because it is not right that every time I go in I get sassed.
They manage to put peoples mail from other po boxes into my box about 50% of the time. I always let them know, and they say I dont need to let them know and just throw it in the mail slot. The workers need to be aware of sending mail out to the wrong boxes

Awful post office, terrible employees. The blonde lady at the counter is awful. The other counter worker – “#11” is rude beyond reason. Walk in in a good mood and leave feeling terrible. The staff here seems agitated all of the time, why take a job dealing with the public if you dislike it so much? This post office needs an employee overhaul. Avoid this location, go to the main post office on Mission Ave, they are always professional and pleasant.

I like to share my opinion in this USPS post office this place is the best in the town they are really nice guys and professional I came today morning and the guy help me shipping box to New York it was kind of hard online to ship so I came down to this location in Escondido Boulevard all Worker right there or a professional and good guys specially the Asian guy he is a really nice guy 🙂 thank you for your help .
