I would think if you know you have a package that needs to be signed for, you would be sure to try to deliver it in the evening when people are home from work. It is absolutely ridiculous that I have to miss work because the delivery driver tried to deliver the package at 1pm on a Thursday when every single efficient adult is at work making money. Do better.

The employees at the USPS Elk-Grove Florin Branch are not customer service centered. They should at least open up an express line or have someone ask customers what they need so they can help them with picking up packages or mail from their PO Box. This will helpful in reducing the line/wait time. USPS Arden Branch seems to care more about their customers and service.

I can’t believe the person delivering the mail. I always have mail for so many different people. I live in an apartment and the mail I receive is for houses in the neighborhood. My mail was delivered to people living in a very different neighborhood totally different zip code.. I am so tired of this, it’s not the first second or third time. They should hire people who can read. This is ridiculous, I am late on my rent and bills cuz my check went somewhere else.

Tracking states my first class package was delivered on the 22nd, but I have not recieved it. It was likely put in the wrong cluster box. I now have to contact Florins Deliver Supervisor, but at 4:19 seconds the phone disconnects because no one answers! 5 calls in so far, no answer. They misdelivered a $60 package & I’m frustrated because they also hold no responsibility for their carelessness!!!! It will fall on my bank or the shipper, not the careless employee who mishandled my package. Beyond frustrated.
