If I could give the local usps 0 stars I would. They have lost numerous packages of mine, they lie to you and say it was scanned and delivered even when you were home waiting and watching for the mail, then tell you if you didn’t pay extra for insurance they cant do anything about it. I’m happy to pay any extra price through other mail carriers to avoid the fort smith postal service. Make sure if you call to ask a question that you ask 3 or more employees to see if you get the same answer, odds are you wont.

I dropped off a package because i didn’t order it. Gas is $200 for me and they just redelivered a package i refuse after i drove down there to get help to send it back. I am 35 week and carried a 2 year old just to send this back properly only to have it sent back . Also dont bother calling no one awnsers.

I have an online shop and my products are arriving in pieces, this is very distressing. Returned anyway and was met with a little aggression. Was rudely asked to take my mask off, will not be returning. Just because someone is quiet doesn’t mean they aren’t a person.

Nothing is ever delivered when it’s supposed to be, not even when I’m sent a package that was paid to be delivered in 3 days (those packages take a week or more to get to me), and it takes up to 2 weeks for a letter to get to me!
I’ve lived in 7 states in my lifetime and the service here is the worst I’ve ever experienced in my 41 years!!!/
