We had a pleasant experience dealing with processing a passport as a walk-in on a Saturday. We were a bit misled as to where the line formed, but overall, we had a pleasant experience. We arrived early and only waited 15 minutes behind two other customers. We were helped by Bill and we appreciated his friendliness and efficiency. Would recommend getting there early, as we were told they usually get fairly busy for walk-ins, but would recommend this facility if you are needing to process a passport.

Had an appointment at 1:30, there was 2 persons then it was my turn. Everything was fast, efficient and very professional. Was helped by candice very nice lady. This will be my passport renew from now on. Very recommended. Just make an appointment online and try to take all forms filled for faster service.

Don’t go here if you need to apply for a passport. I had an appointment to process my passport at 1:30 and I waited til 2:30 to be seen. There’s no point in making an appointment if they are going to be accepting walk-ins first! If you don’t want to waste your time then don’t go here. Horrible experience.

Very slow! What the point of making an appt for if its not gonna be met on time?!! I had an appt at 11AM, went there 15 minutes earlier than the time frame and waited 47 minutes until we finally got to meet with them and finish the passport paperwork. The trainee was very helpful trying to get us ready and get everything done for when we met with other lady who was gonna complete the processing. She apologize for the wait and it only took twenty minutes to complete the process but I dont know the wait is so long for the 20 min processing. This place needs more workers.
