Went on a Thursday at about 10:30. There were 2 tellers and 4 people in line. I don’t know where these negative reviews come from but my visit was quick. I was out of there in less than 4 minutes!! It was great! Plus, lots of street parking, right in front of the building! Will definitely come back to this post office! Very clean too!
Absolutely FANTASTIC customer service. I went there from the back and the employee helped me ,showed the way and then another lady who works there was incredibly helpful, packed all my parcels for me,they smile all the time . I have no idea where those negative comments coming from .
The staff here are nice, but the drive through drop box for mail is always full. You could easily pull mail out that’s visible from your car window if you were so inclined. I would not recommend dropping anything important off in the blue bin outside.
Appointment at 1.45. I waited till 2 because there’s another client with same schedule and she was first. After I was called, everything was done in 10 min.
The representative ( Asian lady) was very polite and efficient.
Clean facility. No complaints!
