HOWARD AND CECILIA ARE OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEES! I needed to ship 100 packages to 100 different addresses and they were of great assistance. I didn’t realize they needed to individually label and weigh each one and it took almost an hour. They had an awesome attitude even though it was a difficult task and double teamed to get it down. They were so amazing and I really appreciate both of them helping me with such a daunting task. It goes a long way 🙂

They would not reissue a money order to me after it was damaged by one of their machines on the del. to my land lord ..at the time I didn’t have a picture ID…and I had missplaced the p.o. receipt but I had the money order receipt…I didn’t have money to buy another one.. they said they couldn’t because I didn’t have a picture I.D….so I had to end up destroying the damaged m.o. to put in for a ” lost ” m.o. so I could get a refund to pay my rent a couple of weeks late

Place meets all your needs, money orders, package pick up. Yes, the lines are long but isn’t every post office? Folks make it slow not the staff. But, everyone should anticipate that and give a bit of flexibility. When you really think about it the cost to get this delivered to your door versus you dropping it the package off at any location yourself truly shows dedication from staff and the cost effectiveness of what you pay.
