Walked into empty post office and Sylvia immediately asked if she could help me. She was very pleasant and I dropped off a package and asked for a receipt. She was very nice about it and even checked off where my tracking number was and circled the barcode for telling about my experience and she explained it all to me.

Small place , no wheelchair ramp. Parking is cool tho. Some rude ppl be there , but other than that, its close to my house so.

Just moved to the area and these people made my PO Box transfer a living hell! Customer service is really bad, they always have attitude, specially the black lady there. I don’t even want to go in there because she’s going to find a way to ruin your day or make your transaction not possible. Never thought I’d be writing something like this about a Post office!.
