Horrible customer service. I wanted to know my tracking number and why I didn’t receive it in the first place. When I was trying to clarify he raised his voice and said I wanted to start an argument. It was sad that I was speaking to the owner of the establishment who doesn’t even know how to deal with customers and feels entitled to treat you however he pleases.

I have an online eBay business, and this place is great. If your package is already paid for and labeled, theres a shelf where you can just easily drop off your packages and head out. Super convenient.

Small post office great customer service great staff there really is never a line best post office.

Nice to have a local post office, but they don’t have a drop off for prepaid packages. So you have to wait in line, which seemed to move fast years ago, it’s way slower now and service isn’t as nice as it used to be. You are better off just driving to the 20th West location if you have a prepaid label.
