It is a nice sunny day and I was running around trying to get ready for Christmas, I stopped to get some packages mail, it was a pretty surprised to see there was not people at the post office.one lady in front of me, a handsome guy behind me.this FLORA lady/usps worker decided to skip me and start talking with the good lucking guy behind me-I’m not gonna lie, she was flirting with the dude, telling him about her family health issues and other nonsense…at least the lady went on and on for 10min.are you kidding me??

I called for a question that would have taken twenty seconds to answer. The first time I called, the phone rang until it disconnected. Okay. They’re busy. I can understand that. I waited a bit and called again. This time, someone definitely picked up the phone, but then immediately put me on hold before ever saying anything. I was on hold more than 15 minutes before I finally had to give up and hang up. Again, I can understand that they may be busy, but it’s a poor business practice to just ignore your customers completely. The question I needed to ask was a simple one, but apparently even that is too much of an inconvenience for the individuals working at this USPS location.

This post office is horrible. Line out the door . I think it’s rude to have customers wait outside in a line to drop off only. The postage was already on the box. They still want you to wait in line. Horrible customer service . Very rude people that work there.
