I’ve been into this post office twice in the past two weeks and received great service both times. Todays service from Ray was just exceptional. I prepaid for a label online and when I got to the post office I realized the flat rate box was too small for my items. Ray told me all I had to do was cancel my label online and create a new one. He then came out from the back with a perfectly sized box and helped me get the best shipping rate for my items. It was so easy and painless. I usually dread trips to the post office but this location is the best. Thank you, Ray!

So it’s been about three weeks and I’ve been waiting for them to change the locks on my mailbox to the new townhouse that I moved into since the owner is not responsible for that I went to the post office and put two request in to change it not to mention it’s been three weeks I also have important documents coming from the IRS as well as the state. They are preventing me from being able to handle important government laws and regulations. I have a huge problem with this post office not being able to take this into accountability I have not had a call nor have anybody reached out to me yet I plan to go today hopefully they can help me. But I’m seriously doubtful

Say what you want about the postal service experience… I have read some negative reviews… You have to admit this location has an exceptional flag and I have gotten some good pictures over the years. I love that they have a POW flag now… You don’t always see this and I think it’s very respectful and a good way to get people to think about the real realities of serving in or having a family member in the military. The postal service worker named Holly has helped me and it is remarkable that she remembers who I am and my name when I come in. She has helped me and has good customer service.
