They don’t do anything like any other post office. I have ever been to. First of all usually a post office takes your ID and uses your name to find a package, not this one and 2 they keep sending my packages back to the sender because of an app I have that wouldn’t let me put the new and correct address in right. I tried over and over I finally I to uninstall and reinstall it to get to take it. But this post office said they don’t care. They said they will continue to do so because they don’t want to have to keep looking for my packages there at the post office. Duh they are the post office thats part of their job.

This post office is near my house and I have a po box there so I go there every other day. I run a small business and ship hundreds of packages in a year. A lot of packages went missing even through I placed it inside the transparent box, so I started to wait in line to get my packages scanned for a receipt. Lorena refused to scan my packages and started to talk to the the other caucasian lady and both started laughing at me when I said it’s part of the service provided by usps to give me a receipt. They are very unprofessional and rude. I no longer will be going there but if you have important packages do not go there. I don’t want to be the one that told you so!
