It’s either you like this place or hate it. I went to get my kids passport done. Made an appointment. Although they were slow they were very efficient. I’d rather wait an extra 5 min and make sure things are done well.

I can’t believe I’m writing a review about the post office. Like everyone I loath going to the post office. But Julie at the passport desk was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable about passport procedures and processed applications for my two kids expeditiously and was very careful. Caught a minor mistake on the back of a form that could have derailed my application. No wonder all the regular mail reviews here are one star but all the passport ones are five!.

If you get there at 12:27pm on a Saturday before closing, then you wait and hold the door open for an elderly woman who’s slowly trying to make it before the 12:30pm closing, they’ll only let the old woman actually enter the post office in the end. I simply was trying to grab a box to bring home and ship a care package to a friend recovering from surgery; but no, only the elderly woman who I waited for and held the door open for was actually allowed to enter. The male working on Saturday before closing shift should be fired for blatant discrimination.
