I had a recent experience with the OV Post Office where I requested to move to another box in our neighborhoods cluster of boxes since the newly installed cluster put my box at the very bottom where I had to bend almost to the ground to get my mail. I’ve been hear 21 yrs and I’m glad the box cluster was changed.
They needed it. After several attempts and being told NO, Supervisor, Angel Suarez got involved and WOW, Does he get it. He helped resolve the issue, move me to another box, provide the keys and the mail on the day he said he would get it done. Angel is professional and caring. I give him 5-STARS for his service. Thank You!

We have used this post office for three years now. The staff has always been helpful and polite. The delivery personal do mess up once in awhile but that has happened in every city I have lived in.
After seeing how some of the customers treat the postal employees, I can understand that they can become a bit callous at times.My suggestion to people would be , treat as you want to be treated. Keep up the good work.
