Called this post office, who said all they have are “phone numbers in Dencer” then hung up without giving them to me. HORRIBLE customer service. Sent Priority package on 10th and now it is 21st and it hasn’t moved. They should not have said “guaranteed delivery” on the 10th, but told me to send it Express. DON’T USE THIS OFFICE.

I work here. We don’t pack and ship your items, we will gladly advise you on a solution. There is a sign that says everything must be sealed and ready to go before coming to the counter. We sell tape, don’t give any away. I do as I am told. If you have a bad experience let me know and we can figure out the issues. But for legality reasons, I am not allowed to pack, seal, write on, or tape your items. I am also newer, I started June 1. We except your packages and the mail truck picks them up and takes them to the main post office to continue their journey. No mail gets left here, unless you come after the truck ran. Which is around 4 M-F. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. We do not do pass ports, money orders, no cash back, or take pictures. But I’m very nice and help when I’m needed, but I legally cannot hold your hand and help you pack any of your stuff. We also do not have priority tape.

Worst post office I’ve ever been in. Your mail will sit here like ours and others, for weeks or get lost and you’ll have to file a claim. Terrible customer service and there’s a lady here that claims she’s been here, at this specific post office, for 20 years doing the same thing to everyone’s mail.
