I love my neighborhood post office. All the postal workers who work the counter are efficient and friendly—even during the pandemic when they were short staffed and some customers were impatient. I mail a lot of packages and have been given advice on the least expensive method to ship, even if I hadn’t asked.

It’s a good place to go, the problem is sometimes it is hard to call them, but I still feel appreciate there is a post office in town.

This post office was going to be closed, but the community saved it.It gets a lot of use.Service is great when no one calls in sick, so most of the time.If they’re shorthanded, your wait time slightly increases, but still quicker than others.Big enough to be part of the USPS, but small enough to care.

I have been trying to reach someone from this office all morning and no one answers. I have called at least 10 times or more and nothing. There isn’t even an option to leave a message to leave a callback number.
