Went early, barely anyone there so no lines, decent prices for shipping, and able to get correct U.S.P.S. address after getting incorrect address, very friendly staff. The post office is constantly busy but this Pomona location is fast and really help when you need it.

One of the worst mail delivery person. My mail lady has no respect for my mail. She has a very bad mean attitude. She will throw any mail or packages on my yard. She bent an envelope and shoved it in my mail when the envelope clearly says do not bend? If we can give her a zero! I would. She doesn’t deserve not one star.

This place is lost. I live in another city (DB) and they sent my package out for delivery in Pomona. Then saying they couldn’t deliver to my address because it wasn’t found in Pomona. This service is lost.

It was quick, and they helped me find the passport services. Was already more than 30 minutes early, and the process was quick since i had all the correct paperwork filled out.
