Open during business hours but then closed on weekends and after hours so people can’t check their mail if they have a job. Absolutely the rudest and most ignorant people work at the front counter. No supervisors or managers to resolve anything. Worst post office I’ve ever been to.

Terrible service from the older Hispanic lady with short black hair. Was trying to mail something and she couldn’t understand English very well and started to get angry at me I repeated what I said twice she said something back unrelated to what I was asking. Noticed she was fine at first then her temper quickly changed and she was very passive aggressive. I don’t need to be treated this way when I’m paying to mail important documents I wish I had gone to the rancho mirage location.

Lazy carrier who refuses to deliver packages. Management not helpful and sadly the only way to contact them is to drive there and wait in line. The carrier stated that the driveway was not accessible. The delivery address is in a shopping center and the carrier is apparently too lazy to get out of the truck and enter the business.

Terrible and abusive to customers. The women at the counter lie about packages being received. I watch them laugh about it as they knew the package was delivered but too lazy to look for it and send multiple people leaving bewildered. Johanna was verbally abusing elderly and giving conflicting and false info lying about packages. Not really sure how they keep people employed like this? sad and shameful.
