This is the worst office to go to if you have a small business . They never open the back gate for you to unload packages . Prepare to wait 20+ minutes for someone to buzz you in.

Bad experience with the attitude of the employees I was attended by an employee named Lamonica but I think she thinks that people are to blame for not liking her job, sarcastically answering answers and yelling at another client who was attending to another person.

I pulled into the parking lot and an elderly man was getting ready to cross the street. I urged him to cross but he repeatedly motioned for me to park. I then held the door open for him and we both entered the lobby at 5:59 and got in line. One of the employees came out to say that it was too late to get in line and that the person in front of me was the last costumer. I realized I could just drop my package in the drop box and tried to explain that the elderly gentlemen had been there sooner and was just moving slower. He didn’t want to hear it and was very rude/dismissive. I am disappointed in this location and their costumer service!.
