Returned $200 worth of clothes in a package here. 30 days later it is still supposedly sitting at the post office, but I’m not able to file a claim, since the package wasn’t insured. First time I’ve ever had this issue with a post office.

Dani is super rude every time I go here, that is if I actually manage to make it here when they’re not on some 2 hour lunch break. Save your time and go somewhere else, like the Emeryville branch.

Slow, rude, not helpful people working here. Asked about prices for international shipping and lady couldn’t explain difference between first class (which turned out to be the cheapest) and express.
Always a line of 5-7 people that is loving very slow.
