Not a very efficient operation. They have kept us more than 5 weeks without a mail box due to their unbelievable bureaucracies leading to nothing but frustration for all involved. Under the pretext that a certain mailbox slot (which is never used by the way) had a key malfunction, they have suspended mail delivery on an entire community and have imposed a burdensome and arbitrary action on frivolous grounds which all depend on their own lack of professionalism and competence.

Horriable!!!! I am still waiting on a call back to find out where my mail is going!!! It’s been 6 week and I have spoken to 3 different employees who don’t know and keep taking my name and # down so management can call me. Incompetent service, employees need to learn how to do their job correctly.

This is the best post office I’ve been to in Stockton. Well lit, clean, and most importantly, the staff is cordial and helpful.

Great experience!!!!! Best customer service. karla is a great representative for this post office. She is knowledgable ,kind and patient . She helped me figure out I had missing information on the mailing address . I have experienced bad customer service and its not good to be on the receiving end of it. This is the place to go to receive awesome customer service and hospitality.
