When I called to see if my package arrived, Jessica answered the phone yelled “how did you get this number?! This is an emergency line! If you have a question drive here!” An emergency line that is a public number? When I was finally able to tell her my issues I was having, she was rude, condescending, and mocked me. Literally laughing in my ear about how foolish my questions were, until she realized that my package had in fact been lost. I don’t wish bad on people but this person at this office was horrible. And it seems to be the trend at this location. Insane how someone could be so miserable and nasty.

This location is so packed! Many times the line just to get into the parking lot is out on the Main Street and if you can find parking it’s a miracle. The lines inside are long and the large drop bin is almost always full.Someone told me there’s a drop counter inside by the staff so if the bins full you can drop your box there. They need a large drop bin at drive thru so we don’t have to find and walk it. I think it would help reduce traffic

Every time I check the PO Box we ALWAYS have at least once piece of someone else’s mail in our box. We’re constantly missing mail. I’ve spoken to staff at least 6 times and they seem to careless. Just horrible.
