Typical post office operation. Usually helpful and courteous clerks with too few windows open most of the time. Often there are lines for service so be patient. Expect the regular post office experience.

I had to go here regularly for someone I worked for. Just a super mediocre post office in a gross part of Sac. The staff are always super unfriendly too. It was always unpleasant and sometimes downright scary going here. There was a homeless person squatting and urinating literally right outside the door once. Do yourself a favor and go to another location.

This post office is ok. Although there was only one clerk, there were little to no line at 9am. One huge inconvenience is a lack of Self-Service kiosks.
