I have rented PO Box in many places and have been renting the Box at this location for the last 3 years.In that 3 years, they have lost my mails dozens of times, specially when I get big packages. The guy in the counter blames me for not renting a bigger box. BEWARE folks, do not rent box here.

Went to check my Box yesterday, There was a slip for package delivery. I wasn’t expecting any package. Stood in line for 12 minutes to see who sent me a package only to know later that they put the slip on the wrong box.I now know how my package didn’t get delivered to me a few months ago.Not a safe place to receive your packages.

I get Delivery Information everyday in my email from USPS. And every time I go to check my Box at this location on the same day, the mail is not there even after 12 pm on the same day.They don’t have a fixed time to put mail in your box. Sometimes 9am , sometimes you don’t even see mail in your box after 2pm.

I’ve lived in Sacramento for almost 10 years and didn’t know of this location until just recently. Much more friendly and helpful staff than at the Alhambra location. There’s not much parking, but street parking around the corner is available. It would be nice to have one of the self-service kiosks, but the staff are so nice I almost didn’t notice.
