Old white guy with glasses very unprofessional, a teenager could do a better job than him. Maybe keep him off customer service…. Just maybe. Will be sticking to Fed Ex!

They never ring the bell at my two story apartment complex, even when I’m home all day waiting for the package AND leave instructions on the front door of the complex. They just leave a notice to come pick up the package. Redelivery never works. Packages never get rescanned. The office never answers their phone. When I go in to pick up my packages they always seem to take a long time looking for it. AFTER I wait a long time in line. I dread this place. I do have to say the passport process in the past was simple and there was NO LINE. I got my passport well before I needed it. Bring your own pen though. This is the only reason this place gets 2 stars.
