My Amazon order was delivered today and put in the wrong parcel locker. I got someone else’s and delivered it to them. When I asked if they can check their mail box there was no parcel Key. I tried calling but everything was closed after 3:00pm PST. What Do I do next, I understand mistakes happen and would like this to be resolved by having my package in front of me.

Mail man delivery always mistake with the letter. They have to read twice to make sure, because this is the four time I got my letter or my stuff in the other mailbox.

Never comes on time usps should hire people that will actually work my packages always come late and lost so I would recommend ups not this lazy company!.

My packages are not left in my mailbox on time, or the usps puts my packages in the wrong mail box. Also refused to help me make a claim at my near postal office, so I had to make a claim online. On top of all that no one has contacted me about my claim. Lastly they said that they were going to go a call back to let me know what happen to my package and never did. Horrible customer service they have me on hold for phone while on the phone for a long time and never pick up , they don’t train their carriers properly and enough to correctly leave mail or packages in the right mail box.
