Waiting in line for 15 mins now. I’m 3rd in line but only one staff person and he disappeared. There are 15 people behind me. This USPS NEEDS MORE STAFFING to accommodate the consumers. People are still coming in but most are now turning away and leaving. Oh now I’m second in line as the person who was next in line left. It’s frustrating because I need to purchase $200 in stamps and I have to wait now 20 plus mins to spend $200. Perhaps I should just go to Safeway or Costco to purchase stamps.

I have never been treated so rudely as I was today!! The PO worker first off was mean and snarky to the sweet old lady in front of me. She was just asking questions regarding price and when her package would arrive and he belittled her like she was an idiot!! I had a package that needed a little piece of tape. I have never been denied a piece of tape for a package. He refused and said I had to buy a whole roll of tape. Ridiculous !! On top of his degrading attitude he was a filthy mess with stains all over his uniform shirt! Disappointed!! Go out of your way to avoid this post office!!.

I had a horrible experience at this post office. If you are to be served by a guy named John, please skip your turn. He is a know-it-all kind of person, no humility or kindness towards his customers. I felt humiliated because he criticized every package I had, the way I wrapped them, the way I wrote addresses on them, the list goes on and on….. I totally understand if postal rules have changed, but you can say it in a nice way and try to be helpful. He should not be working at the front to interact with people. I wonder how other customers feel about him? I am not going back in there ever again!
