Then when I needed to track a package and called the gentleman I talked to was upbeat, friendly, and also patiently helped me locate it. Quality service!.

Worst experience ever,First time using this place and definitely will be the last one,The staff it’s not trained for their job,Went over there to send my package for a specific shipping company, they end up sending my package for regular USPS,Now my package is lost and I went back to the place,And they told me, With a Bad attitude the best they can do for me it’s sending another package, Not to mention that they charge me 30dls for a 4X3 two ounces Package, and my item cost me 200dls.

My expierence at the postal connection was horrible. I was helped by a young man that was NOT at all customer service oriented. When I asked about postage regarding my daughters first birthday invitations 30 of them he answered very rude. I explained to the guy I am not familiar with the mail out process and just wanted to ensure the importance of these. Weeks have went by and not one of our daughters invitations have reached our guests for this event. I contacted the manager and after I asked he said he would refund my postage if I brought in my receipt in. Keep it!

HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. The girl who works there is very very sarcastic and I had to raise my voice twice not to talk to my husband in a disrespectful tone and she said she is not trying to talk that way but surely her personality is awful. She needs to be fired.
