Well this post office is actually pretty decent even when it’s crowded you don’t have to wait long there are five windows. So two thumbs up for Sierra Vista United States postal Service. Wish they had more mailboxes around town. They do have a gigantic post office mailbox out front for drops and drive by mail.

Nearly every week I receive mail for tenants or former residents. I have filed and updated numerous address occupancy forms. I have physically gone to the post office and spoke with managers, and despite all of this, I continue to recieve mail for people that no longer live here. This indicates to me that my carrier is negligent and can’t follow procedures properly. Nearly every week I have to go and drop off several mail letters in the mailbox with “return to sender” “no forwarding address”and I continue to receive the same mail over and over.

I have lived here only a couple of months and have come to this Post Office many times at different hours of the day. I have always been met with high quality customer service. I’ve never had anyone be impolite to me. Fortunately I’ve only had one item lost in transit and it was lost to a branch in Oklahoma.
