I qualified to renew my passport via mail. Courtney reviewed my application and offered multiple corrections. She said that forms must be signed in black ink, and gave me a different envelope so I could save money on shipping.

Too many people online inside, I think they should put a limit on the number of people and others who line up outside the office, it is my recommendation to try to maintain the correct social distancing and thus avoid possible contagion of co-vi-d 19.

They continue to deliver mail to someone with the same last name and despite our speaking to each mailman, 3 managers, refilling our change of address 2x they continue to send us this person’s mail. To top it off the have managed to return our ballots to the county clerk for this election 2x despite our address being filed correctly (double checked 3x) and despite our getting our March election ballots with no problem.It is our our to vote!
