USPS delivered 4 packages to the wrong mailbox in 1 week. Filed claims on usps.com. Of course they refuse to admit any fault. One package was kindly brought to our door by a neighbor today. The other three are gone. One of the Lost packages contained medication. And, one was a collectors item.

This is a very busy post office especially during peak times or before holidays. But the employees always do their best to process each case efficiently and possibly as fast as they could.

I live in a community with mailbox clusters and received a package that was put into one of the parcel compartments. well the parcel key wasn’t working, i call the USPS office and they got right on it!! my mail person brought my package to my door! 🤩 I’ve never had an issue here, i am a ww so that’s said with the knowledge of my privilege.

Basic post office, expect the usual long lines like there were today on a Friday morning before 10 a.m. when there were at least 8 people waiting in the line. Happy to know they have automated machines and they generally work well for buying what we always need, which is postcard stamps and letter stamps. These stamps are the self-stick type and easy to use.
