I don’t know what is the problem, I just paid extra postage for my package and now it’s lost! Last year during Xmas all my mail and packages I never got for over 3 weeks, I contacted FCC and reported post office. My second package waiting from March 7 and it’s coming from waterford still have not received. Do they just keep what they want?

Debbie at Sylvan station very rude customer service, she always pretends to not hear you, you’re breaking up Debbie said: even when you call from a landline and multiple phones. our mail is resent back to the party that sent it to us. This station should be looked into. Missing mail, important documents etc… Always problems and rude customer on top of it all! and they hang up on you and they call you rude.

If I could give this place negative stars I would! Ive lived at the same place for going on 2 years and my mail has Never been delivered consistently. Weather It’s consistency of delivery times, drivers, or mail not coming at all, even when I know mail is supposed to come because I’m subscribed to usps “informed” delivery and get pictures of my mail the morning it’s to be delivered. Mail comes to my house at nearly 730pm most days. I’ve also complained multiple times online but I guess it’s “covid’s” fault that mail they said and took pictures of that were to be delivered never showed up.

Dean Cunningham is the Acting Carrier Supervisor. He helped tremendously and seemed to work on my case in a timely matter. His overall concern for my issue was very professional and helpful. Whichever mail carrier that’s been delivering to my apartment is terrible. Scanned pieces of mail and proof of informed delivery were not delivered. Now I have to contact every company I received mail from and ask for duplicate of the original mail. Issue wasn’t solved but the customer service was great.
