Not enough staff, you will be waiting in line for 5-15 minutes, depending on the time of day. Full service but no self service machines.

Incompetent and dyslexic mail persons. Three times mail has been delivered the wrong address, including certified mail!

Just as USPS 2121 Meridian Park Blvd, Concord, CA 94520 does not answer their phone, this USPS location does not answer their phone as well. It’s currently 2:43 PM PDT and no one answers their phones. Great job.

Package delivery from Amazon..etc, is a joke. Amazon saved the usps and usps makes mistake after mistake. They should have let them fail.
