I went down there to let them know the mail lady did not leave my mail for the day. I was expecting important mail that particular day. I told them I have informed delivery and they claim that what ever mail scanned for that day, doesn’t necessarily mean I’ll get it THAT DAY. Even though the mail scanned for arrival that day, I ALWAYS get it that same day. UGH turns out the lazy mail person puts all my mail in my neighbors box. Like how lazy can you be. Our mailbox’s are side by side, you pulled up and just shoved everything in one. Smfh if that’s not lazy then idk what is. Get another job if it’s too much for you to deal with.

Dropped off packages and an employee marked it off as delivered the same day. I went in the next day to ask about it and the clerk gave me misinformation. Stated that tracking should be updated online. It never did.. It’s very important for tracking to be updated otherwise the people I send packages to will believe I never sent their items. I would have appreciated more if she admitted that she wasnt sure and asked maybe a colleague for the right information instead of just telling me something to get me to leave.

Love the experience. I just moved here 1 year ago & every time I have experienced great employees w professional attitudes. I am a native San Diegan. I would never be able to write a positive review on my lifetime experience at the post office there. Victorville on many occasions had long lines but I never stood in it very long. Love their efficiency. I stopped in a day ago i thought because of Christmas it would be a madhouse. No…it was NOT. LOVE Victorville Postoffice.

I tried to have three packages delivered from multiple locations to this post office. One package that was picked up from this location was opened and everything in the envelope missing. The other package was received and sent back to the manufacturer. Still trying to figure out where the 3rd package is. This isn’t the first issue I have had over the last couple years. What is going on at this post office?
