Haven’t used the post office in quite some time for just stamps. Thought I was doing the right thing by bringing in an envelope that read “extra postage may be required” for Christmas cards. Silly me for trying to do the “right thing.” Turns out, it required the regular postage. The conversation turned condescending towards me and my knowledge of postage. The mean girl then continued to mock me with a co worker and a customer. Kudos to you USPS! We truly need this mean girl stuff right now and you’re running par for the course during the holidays. Well done. Merry Christmas by the way, or does that offend you?

I had the worst experience here. I received an alert for an “attempted delivery” only to discover no one actually tried to deliver my package. I spent over 3 hours trying to reach a resolution when I was treated very rudely by an employee by the name of Roseann. She told me my package was too large to deliver and I needed to pick it up. I explained that I ordered this to be delivered since I don’t have a vehicle that would be able to take the package, and she insisted there was no other way this could be done. She placed me on hold for over ten minutes before the Manager, Jamal, got on the phone and said the same thing. Only he told me that the package was in multiple boxes. I had to rent a truck and when I went to USPS to pick up my package, I was floored to discover that the “excessively large package” wasn’t actually that large at all. It was about 5 feet tall and 6 inches wide and in one box. Not multiple boxes the way he previously mentioned. I was able to carry the package myself. While I was waiting, another middle- aged employee was overheard complaining very loudly about other customers to the customer she was assisting. This was the worst experience and every single person working yesterday was unbelievably rude and probably shouldn’t be working in customer service.
