I showed her the sticker + id that the post office gave me, and she insisted that the name was not me. Fortunately, the id was the same as the address on the sticker. The attitude was really bad.

I had a really bad experience in this usps. One of the staff did not respect me at all, and she did not even listen to me. Probably it was because my English…. I would not go to this place anymore.

The mail carrier continuously puts dog instead of delivering our package to us. We haven’t had a dog for 4 months now, even when we did… our dog was an inside dog! I have had to go many times to this post office due to her being lazy and rude and refusing to deliver our package. I have complained to the staff at this post office already and here we are, still having issues!! Im furious that I have to wait for my package and go out of my way because this lady is rude. So unprofessional too.

Just had such amazing service by Ning. I made a mistake by delivery my medication instead of picking up at my local pharmacy. She was extremely helpful tracking my medication and receiving it ASAP. Thank you so much!.
