I get this card from post office to fill a bag help to feed. Put your order tens in bag, sit it next to mailbox for pickup on second Saturday of May. Well I put a bag filled with food out by mailbox at 6:00am today Saturday May 14, I received mail today no one picked up bag. Why would the post office do this. I’m not well and carrying bag to mailbox was difficult. Needless to say I had to carry bag back into house. I will never do this again, very disappointed Yucaipa resident.

Horrible experience… i came in late due to traffic for my passport appointment and the woman that was suppose to help me refused to help. I told her i made an appointment and she checked and my name was on the list she said i was late and needed to reschedule ok but mind you there was absolutely no one there for a passport. I said Can i take the next slot if no one shows up and even then she said no!!The fact that she wouldn’t help me isn’t the issue the fact that there was no one there at the time and she still refused to help me to complete my process is what ticked me off. I wish i would have gotten her name but i don’t even want to step foot at this location ever again. The worst service at a post office ever!!!

02/20/2022: 🌝🇺🇸 A shame with so many negativity on Reviews! Mail Carriers are indeed hard working people with weights to deliver – some ends in garbage-can.
