I picked up a general delivery here and the line had 8 people ahead of me. From the poor reviews I figured I’d put in ear buds and watch a movie while waiting. However, in less than 5min I had my package! And there were only 2 to 3 people manning the booths. Staff was very polite and efficient. My movie will have to wait.

The clerk said they accept General Delivery mail at this post office when I stopped by in person to check (they do not ever answer their phones here), and she also said they don’t have special pickup hours for General Delivery mail (like many post offices do). So, I had something shipped here… and they returned my package the SAME day it arrived—I did not even have a chance to pick it up! Their counter-side courtesy is apparently phony, false, fake. They actually could care less about their customers, no matter how nice they pretend to be.
Plus, there’s always a huge line out the door here, even if you arrive at opening time (10am). This is probably the worst post office I have ever been to, and I have visited a LOT of BAD Post offices in my RV travels the past 5 years, lol. Use an Amazon pickup location instead. The USPS deserves to go out of business for the kind of customer service they consistently provide.

The worst customer service, they don’t respect the appointment scheduled. Amanda keep passing another customers with out appointments ,because she wanted to be nice. 40 minutes after my arrival another employee started helping us.

The only thing they need is to separate lines for people who send packages and a different line for people to pick up mail. People get frustrated and angry when i go to the front to pick up mail and there is only one window dedicated to that. Separating lines will make it more efficient
