I moved here close to a year ago and my carriers are fabulous. They bring the packages to my front door – they have to walk a decent distance considering the driveway leads to the garage – but they still do so. One of them even “hid” my package cos they delivered it over the Christmas weekend. The lady who attends to me at the post office – I think she has long curly hair and wears spectacles? – anyway, she is fabulous. Patient, courteous, always smiling… The guys are a bit more reserved, but still polite and efficient.

Not too many problems. Usually comes later in the day as expected. Recently had a package that said they attempted to deliver but I received my other mail from the carrier directly and was wondering where my package was. Checked on the tracker, it says they held it at the post office, but never gave me any indication.

Saddened by the poor reviews. I’ve moved around A LOT in the greenbrier area over the past few years and have lived in difficult to find locations and have always received my mail. The customer service inside the post office is always friendly and accommodating. Service is always quick and easy, even though it’s usually busy.

Every time I order a package the tracking says it has been delivered when no one has come to deliver it. One time my packages sat at the post office for 10 days and no one delivered them or notified me. I finally went to the post office to ask about them because I should have received them and the manager said oh so sorry. They have been sitting here. I don’t know why they weren’t delivered. Another time my mail lady told me that she was sorry but they sent my package back because her daughter made deliveries for her and didn’t understand the address. Since when do family members go to work for you when you are sick. I have never had so many problems with my mail carrier that this rating doesn’t even deserve one star if it would let me I would put zero.

Refuse to deliver packages. I don’t even think they put them in the truck. They just load up the truck with “sorry we missed you” notices instead. I thought the motto was they delivered in the rain and sleet and snow. These guys don’t deliver at all.Actually caught in the act. Went to the post office to pick up a package, asked them to see if the package I was supposed to have delivered that day was there. It was. The guy just left it in the back room before he started his route.
