Went for passport application appointment yesterday for my new born.
I was first attended by a lady (forgot her name) she was nice and verified my documents real quick and i had to fill our form again due to small mistake. After that i was attended by Jonathan and he did made process smooth and explained everything in detail.
Overall it was good experience for me and my family

Horrible experience. Not reasonably possible to connect to an agent in any kind of normal length of time. This automated age we live in again proves why it is so often deplorable. My grade is F minus unless I can go even lower. Giving one star above is well beyond generous.
