Desmond’s customer service was superb; he spent a few minutes of his time to ensure that I paid a few less dollars by repackaging what I intended to ship. I felt a combination of shock and gratitude at his initiative and generosity. I hope I encounter him again.
They leave notes in the mailbox and say nobody was home without ever knocking on the door. This has happened multiple times. We have cameras on the front porch and all around our house so we know this is a lie!
Terrible customer service and I’m not saying it’s completely Wetumpka fault but it’s definitely a USPS problem. I’m 4 days behind on receiving a package and the tracking info hasn’t even been updated. I can’t get in contact with any of the ‘diligent’ employees up there either because no one answers the phone. Would say I’m let down but after years of this kind of service, it’s come to be expected.
