Rocklin Post office CA 95677 Hours Phone Number Reviews
I have always been treated with respect and concern about my mail and packaging needs. It’s got to be tough dealing with the public that thinks they are owed something just for being alive.

Rocklin Post office CA 95677 Reviews
The lady at the counter saw me walking in with two large packages at 4:59 and the doors to customer service had already been locked and she looked right at me and proceeded to shut down the gate. I had tried really hard to drive down on a busy day, left work early and all. Government workers doing the bare minimum.
I don’t understand how they hire people who can’t do the one simple thing and I’m sure most jobs require customer service why is it so hard to pick up a phone and say your name and say can you please hold ?.
Conveniently located larger size post office.. clean with good social distancing practices in effect. Purchased stamps using the aitomated machine located inside the lobby.
I honestly believe this is the worst location and I’ve live in several cities and states. They lost my I Important mail and a package that I dropped off a week ago is just now leaving this location.I would give them a big 0 but unfortunately to write a review I have to select at least one star.
Worse post office ever. I ordered package and paid for next day delivery. They guaranteed delivery next day by 10:30 am. Next day no package by 10:30. I checked tracking number, and they scan, received my package at 8:00am. I called, and they told me, you will receive it tonight. Nothing. Next day I called again, they told me, we will deliver it today by 12:00pm. Nothing again. I called again, and manager told me, you will receive it tonight for sure. Nothing again. Today is 5-th day already and I still didn’t get it. What is going on? What kind of service for next day is it. They such a liers. Everyone is lying in this office, even manager. They need hire good working people, and fire those lasy bustards.
