We are snowbirds that get our mail by General Delivery. The people who work there are so nice, efficient and accommodating. Rarely have to wait more than 15 minutes.

Consistently late packages for no reason other than they don’t want to deliver them. This package has currently been sitting in the post office for 4 business days (Edit: 10 business days. TEN), No acceptance, no delivery, no care at all for customer service.
Fountain Hills is not big and I’ve been living in the same duplex for 4 years. There’s only a unit A and a unit B. One person in each side, too, not families or lots of different last names. I consistently get “insufficient address” because the unit letter is missing – – more like they don’t feel like delivering that day. Things have gotten ridiculously worse over the past couple years.
