They do not answer the phone! Needed to know how much postage was to mail a letter to Surrey, BC, Canada. Called several times during the day, never did answer. Looks like I will have to make a trip to the post office just to mail a one page letter.
I had a item I shipped insured damaged – I report it to UPS and they sent someone to the person’s house who took pictures and spoke to the man – I went online to check my claim and it said I had none – I called in and for the past 3 hours I have been on hold or hung up on 3 times!!! I will not give up!!!
Very helpful on phone just frustrating waiting for a package thats been right down the road from me now for 2 days when it was to be delivered yesterday but happy with communication
