My first disappointment was, my package never got delivered, from Colorado Springs, my package got to Denver and that was it, couldn’t be traced. I lost about $300 and a customer.Now, my package has not been delivered, is been over 6 days it should have been delivered, definitely, the content has gone bad. So I am loosing money using this company again.I will never use USPS again..UPS/Fedex has never dissappointed me.

The mailman that serves 80910 puts notices in mailboxs saying that he attempted to deliver a package when he never knocked on the door. I watched him at the mailboxes write out the “attempt” and put it in my mailbox and he never once walked up to my door… He never walked away from the mailboxes…
Twice from this facility they have given my mailbox keys to other people and then tried to deny that it was them or their issue…I’ve been having mail checked by the mailman, I’m getting tired of my credit card offers or government mail being opened before I receive it.
I have had lost 2 personal checks due to this issue, and when you call the number and try to speak with an operator, the computer system literally hangs up on you.I will be going there in person again, to complain about issues for the fourth time in 2 years..
Even though it says “general delivery” under the list of services for this location, when I went to pick up my package, they didn’t have it and told me the website is wrong and it was sent to their downtown location. They also said I need to have an account for general delivery but I’ve been using it for several years without an account and never had a problem. The workers were friendly and helpful at least. Clearly, the website is in need of maintenance so people don’t waste their time and gas money.
