Worst experience. The employees hate their jobs..they just yell at everyone, they specifically tell everyone they don’t answer questions. they only have 1 person taking care of all passport services …. Be ready to be here for 3 plus hours.

Excellent service for the passports but nobody competent enough to Pay your fees. And the supervisor’s nobody owns up to their position. If you want to do business go to a different branch.Very poor customer service!!!

This review is for Passport service – I walked in with my daughter at 3:05 pm. The passport facility closes at 3:30 pm. There were no customers waiting or present in the lobby. When I got online, the web site indicated walk-in welcome. The guy in booth #1 tells me I need an appointment. I can clearly see there are at least three employees and no customers, yet he still didn’t take my daughter. I had to leave work early to pick up my daughter from her college dorm.Very inconsiderate and lazy!Absolute worst customer service!
