Recently had our passport appointment here and the gentleman that helped us was courteous, professional and fast! We had all of our paperwork ready and were in/out in 10 minutes. I also mailed a package and the lady behind the counter could not have been nicer. My only complaint with this location is the self service package drop box has been broken for at least a year. Definitely need to fix that! But people that work here are great.

This post office is a disgrace the mail slot for packages has been taped up and unusable for a month they don’t have any priority envelopes or boxes set out and their stamp machine couldn’t print out stamps twice in a row.

I grabbed the small cushion mailer advertised for 1.19, when they charged me at the register it was 1.49. They excuses I reciever were “A customer put them there.” To “We changed the prices and the advertising is wrong”, to my favorite, “the other guys come in and put up the wrong ones”… This isn’t the first time they up charged me, just the first time I asked at the register what’s up.
