I told them 2 times to REMOVE MY MAIL DELIVERY HOLD “ do you think they listened? NOPE ! Now i need my product on July 4th & I can’t receive it because they are closed! Why can’t they just really listen & remove the hold when they say they will ??!!!

I honestly think this post office needs to be looked in to. The same situation for me as many of the other complaints of this USPS location, NO “delivery scan”. It gets scanned in and goes out for delivery, never to be seen again! I can’t imagine that carriers can “accidentally” forget to scan it upon delivery this many times. My personal opinion is they see an EBay label and it just “magically” disappears. Of course they are quick to say, it’s lost, file a claim! The even bigger problem, lousy post offices and/or carriers like this are not held accountable so until they are, this kind of theft will continue to happen! So I’m not only out my item, I’m out the money for my item. Buyers on eBay are covered, they get a full refund! Will I sell on eBay again, probably not but if I do; UPS or FEDEX ONLY! Theft, scamming and lousy work habits at its best with this post office!

Two years later and this place is still disorganized. I had mail held while I was out of town because I was expecting an important package. They lost all my mail from that week! It was supposed to be delivered to my mailbox after the hold ended. Manager said she would call me the next day and it has now been three days since then, still no update or phone call.
