I am in utter disbelief and extremely saddened to discover that 80% of the contents of all of these boxes have been destroyed. My Grandmother recently passed and we were mailing some of her treasured items to a family member out of state. I will never go back here.

Grumpy lady short hair maybe a 1 buzz cut all around .about 5′-03″ 8:55am 50s .I said gm n asked for time of opening and w a dry attitude ,bold tone like a prison guard says 9:30. Didn’t say good morning didn’t smile no eye contact for acknowledgement. 12-28-21.

Case study in why “government employee” is synonyms with “incompetent.” The drive to the Redlands Post Office will actually save you time given the 40+ minute wait. Not to mention that the Redlands employees aren’t illiterate. 👍
