Whenever I showed up to the post office. The lady named Lisa had such a bad attitude towards me and the other customers for absolutely no reason. She’s rude. Demeaning. And absolutely a horrible human being. I’m absolutely disgusted and highly recommend getting rid of her.

The lady behind the counter was very rude!!! And talked about the people in line to the person she was waiting on. Didn’t care much of my problem tracking a package I had mailed there 3 weeks ago and have the tracking number, and she said since it had prepaid postage and wouldn’t have been tracked ??? REALLY RUDE Bryant Arkansas Post Office.

A small post office, especially during CO-V-I-D times is a little inconvenient (especially navigating the parking lot), but it is better than not having one at all. I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff and they have always been super helpful.

No one ever answers the phone. I have been calling for days about a lost package. When I did get someone to answer, Lisa was super rude. She said I have no clue where your package is. Didn’t even offer to look up the tracking number i gave her. What is wrong with Benton and Bryant post officed. Always so rude when I have to go into the lobby, bc NO ONE will answer the phone.

Worst people I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The worst post office I’ve ever been to. Everyone is rude. They don’t have patience and can’t figure out their own rules. Wish I had a better one closer to home.
