Pray you don’t get USPS as a carrier if you live at One Lake.Everything I’ve had ordered from Etsy or Amazon gets held up. Needed to be picked up. They just don’t know to deliver packages to doors even when instructions ask to.

The mail delivery in the One Lake community of Fairfield is absolutely terrible. On 4 May I got a letter that was sent on 21 April. Very often I get no mail for two or three days in a row. The mail can come anytime from early morning until very late in the evening, when it does come. One of the delivery people told me that they are short staffed; well, why then doesn’t the post office advertise for new help? My Netflix subscription is almost worthless since I am lucky to get one DVD per week (in Vallejo, I got two or three DVDs per week with my two-dvd at a time subsctiption.

Service at the counter generally moves quickly. Appreciate the Self Service Kiosk and anytime access to P.O. Boxes.

This post office has some serious serious serious issues. These people constantly lose my packages. They lie and mark my packages delivered when they wasn’t delivered at all. The supervisors are rude and the delivery drivers are lazy and incompetent.
